Basic Confidentiality Policy

It is our policy that personal information, such as your name, postal and e-mail address or telephone number, is private and confidential. Accordingly, the personal information you provide is stored in a secure location, is accessible only by designated staff, and is used only for the purposes for which you provide the information.

Our Online Application form requests certain personal information, like your name and e-mail address. We use this contact information from the form to send you any information you may request, or as is directly pertinent to a specific search assignment (business cards, brochures, quick memos, appointment confirmation slips, generic job profile information, and congratulatory letters). We will not send you unsolicited information, commercial offers, and advertisements.

No Release of Information to Third Parties

WE DO NOT SELL, TRADE, EXCHANGE OR OTHERWISE MAKE AVAILABLE ANY PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION TO ANY OTHER COMPANY OR ORGANIZATION. WE DO FROM TIME TO TIME SPLIT BUSINESS WITH OTHER ACCREDITED RECRUITERS WHO WORK ON SEARCH ASSIGNMENTS IN MARKETS THAT WE DO NOT COVER. BEFORE WE MOVE FORWARD WITH THIS OPTION, WE CONTACT THE CANDIDATE AND INFORM THEM THAT WE ARE WORKING WITH AN AFFILIATE WHO HAS A SPECIFIC OPPORTUNITY THAT MATCHES THE CANDIDATE’S BACKGROUND. IF AND WHEN THE CANDIDATE INFORMS US THAT THEY WOULD LIKE TO MOVE FORWARD WITH THIS SPECIFIC OPPORTUNITY, THEN WE WOULD INTRODUCE THE CANDIDATE TO THE AFFILIATE, AND THE AFFILIATE WOULD MOVE FORWARD AND ASSIST THE CANDIDATE WITH THEIR CAREER SEARCH. Personal information will not be released to third parties unless release is required by law or is pertinent to judicial or governmental investigations or proceedings. There are no other circumstances under which we will provide or sell personal information to third parties with the exception of split business as defined above.

No Computer Tracking of Identifiable Information

Our web site is not set up to track, collect or distribute personal information about its visitors. It does record the name and e-mail addresses of those visitors who complete the Online Application form, but this information is added to our database only when express permission is given.

Our web site tracks certain information about the visits to our web site. For example, we compile statistics that show the daily number of visitors to our site and the most frequently used search words entered by visitors. These aggregated statistics are used internally to better provide services to our customers.
